This is a slow project where I’m seeking to investigate aesthetics, design & typography through a speculative game where my friends are the protagonists. I’m imagining alter egos for them, exploring aesthetic ranges through art / design / typographic histories and theories. The idea behind this is to combine the interest I have in writing history, design and art. And of course, to imagine lots of lives that my friends and I could live, and that maybe, in one of those iterations, it can detonate secret dreams we may have and seek to make a reality.

So some things I’m already interested in exploring are:
✧ Internet aesthetics (video game, pixel art, glitch art, ascii art, etc but also ‘feral’ or ‘rogue’ internet aesthetics - I have to look more into this - images for youtube karaoke, spam, etc)
✧ Playing around with physical materials to produce digital images / experiences
✧ Understanding the influence between other aesthetic movements (like music or architecture or writing etc)
Could even create some literary artifact to accompany the design artifact
